get this: All the critics who write about Pan's Labyrinth say that the faerie world is concocted by the protagonist. I say "No, stupid. I's pretty clear that the faerie aspects are real, even if only the girl can see percieve them because she's a changeling." Are critics stupid about good movies or do I play too much Changeling? I'm still sick. For about 2 weeks now I haven't really even been able to enjoy the weather. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow. I shouldn't work tonight, but I can't find anyone else to tkae my shift and close on Sunday. Can't blame them Jessie's been taking care of me. Today she dropped by on all her breaks from work to check on me and give me pills and tea and juice. Heart. WotD is taking a sabbatical. I wonder what we'll do in the mean time. |

yesterday in American Federal Gov't class, i noticed that my teacher was wearign a shirt which said "Haight Ashbury" and had multiple insignias depicting a marijuana frond. I thought this was funny. After class, i go up to him and say: "Y'know, your shirt has a marijuana leaf insignia on it." "Oh, so you noticed." At this point I also realize that my professor's eyes are red and bloodshot. "Are you just checking to see if we're paying attention?" "You're the only one to notice so far." "I noticed!" says a girl who was also waiting to talk to him. My government professor totally lights up before class. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I got to do some doodling in Philosophy class. I'm pleased with the results. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Some of you may remember that a couple of weeks ago, i found a dog in the campus corner area. After attempting to find her home fo rthree days, i took her back and left her where I found her. After doing my homework today, i visited the Norman animal shelter for the first time. Mostly to see if Lulu had turned up there. Good news is Lulu isn't there. Bad news is that there are so many beautiful dogs there that are going to die if no-one comes to get them. The cats, I didn't care about so much. |

didn't have a lot to do today, So i went shopping for food. It taste so good to make a quesadilla instead of ramen. tonight is steak, potatoes and baked eggplant. |

Classes have started, I've taken a job, game is on, the weather is the talk of the town, and i love Jessie. Classes look alright. My Latin teacher is a dork and i know it becasue he pretty much told his class to go to the midieval faire. Mu music teacher made a Strong Bad reference in class and is crazy. I started work as a delivery driver for Jimmy Johns last monday. Thrilling work, but laid back. Damn, we make good sandwiches. I like this job. I got into money again, so I celebrated by taking Jessie out to eat at Misal tonight. I'm ready for the snow, and sure it will be less of a pain than the ice. |

Well, the session I tried to run for Jess didn't work out so well. Apparently it just wasn't the sort of game she likes. It would have worked out fine for me or any of the guys I used to play with in highschool, being a dungeon with scary monsters. But we shall see what unfolds. |

Well, my best bud is engaged to be married and I'm pretty happy for him. I've been spending the days with Jessie. We are developing an active program to not grow up. We have so much fun. We ordered the Changeling book online yesterday. Sweet. I renewed my drivers license today. I don't look so waifish anymore. I want to run a bit of a campaign for the group some day. I think I'll make up one-shot and run it for her tonight. I've GMed before, it's just that it's a lot of work, so I pass myself off as a player when i can. |

My buddy Andrew came over today to finish his laundry and hang out. tonight's a big night for him. He's going to propose to Kelsey and I am very excited for him. Then they're travellng to Broken Arrow for a party. I guess that's just it. I'm excited for him. I just don't know what I'm going to do tonight. I have a vague notion concerning rounding up the remaining members of the fellowship and making up random home movie. I'm charging the camera as we speak. |
